Terms and Conditions

PURCHASE:

By placing your purchase you are acknowledging that you: 

  • are purchasing the items for personal and not commercial use
  • understand that any pre-order items need to be produced first, and cannot be shipped out before production is complete
  • production timelines for pre-order items can vary, so please follow my twitter for production and shipping updates

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING:

Due to USPS restrictions, I currently cannot ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Chad, Cuba, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russian Federation, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. Thank you for understanding.

  • Orders will typically be processed within 2-3 days, although some exceptions may apply.
  • All orders, with the exception of those including pre-order items, will be shipped out on the Friday after your order has been processed.
  • For orders including pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together after production of the pre-order items has completed. If you'd like ready-to-ship items to be sent before your pre-order items, please place two separate orders.
  • After your order has been shipped, it is possible for your order to be delayed by customs and/or other circumstances. In these cases, please reach out to your local post office.

Return/Exchange policy

  • NO cancellations once your items have been shipped
  • NO exchanges or replacements for orders that are:
    • lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses
    • shipped to an old address without prior notice from the buyer
    • damaged during shipment or through shipping company negligence and mishandling (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain, or damage caused by other external damage to the packaging)
  • If your items arrived incomplete or incorrect, please contact me!
  • If your shipping address changes, please contact me as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, I cannot make any changes to the shipping destination.
